Hallo:)
Ich muss zu morgen eine kurze Inhaltsangabe des Textes "In the Outback" schreiben.
Diese Inhaltsangabe muss ich auf Englisch schreiben. Habe mir da jetzt auch schon etwas ausgedacht.
Wäre es möglich das ihr meine Summary mal kontrolliert?
Vielleicht fällt euch ja auch noch auf ob ich etwas wichtiges vom Inhalt vergessen habe,dannn schreibt es bitte noch dazu:*

The text “In the Outback” from Kirsty Murray describe the living of two peoples in the outback. They have to live and work there.
Colm is an orphan and he lived in the United Kingdom. But later he was send from the UK to Australia. All people how was send to Australia have to increase the population. When he were arrive in Australia he live in house with only boys. The people there were very unfriendly and so Colm escaped. He met an old men and his dog “Rusty”. The name of the men was Bill. Together Colm and Bill travel through the Outback along the dog fence. There they would like to look for work. The fence protect cattle from the farmer before dingoes. One day Bills dog Rusty eat a dingoes bait but here survived. Some days later Colm and Bill get a job. They have to kill a boar! But it is not so easy because the boar attack Bill and his dog. Bill has a big injury. So Colm will drive with the car from Bill to the next city to get help. After a shortly way the car is bust. Now he has go the long way by foot in the hot sun.
But nobody knows how is the end of the story…

  • All people who were sent to Australia had to increase the population.
  • When he arrived in Australia he lived in a house only with boys.
  • The people there were very unfriendly and so Colm escaped.
  • He met an old man and his dog “Rusty”.
  • The name of the man was Bill.
  • Together Colm and Bill travelled through the Outback along the dog fence.
  • There they would like to look for work.
  • The fence protected cattle of the farmer against dingoes.
  • One day Bill’s dog Rusty eat (was soll das bedeuten) a dingoe’s bite but he survived.
  • Some days later Colm and Bill got a job.
  • They had to kill a boar! But it was not so easy because the boar attacked Bill and his dog.
  • Bill had a big injury. So Colm put him and the dog into the car and started to drive to the next city to get help.
  • After a short way the motor died. Now Colm had to go the long way by foot in the hot sun. He reached the hospital and informed the doctors about Bill’s accident.
  • But nobody knows if Bill made it and how the the story ends
