Summary about the article "Celtic Tiger":

The “Celtic Tiger“ is a synonym of economic upraise.
In the 90`s there was an economic upraise due to computer industry and the immigration of people to Ireland. The prices increased dramatically, so the enjoy of coffee and especially house building were pure luxury. Due to that economic boom the differences between rich and poor grew enormously, so mainly rich people profited by the “Celtic Tiger”, because if you do not have any computers to work with, you cannot make money. The poor ones had less money, even not enough to afford healthcare and education of their children.
