All students in Germany must do a practical training in their school life, is it necessary or not?

Some people think that practical training isn`t necessary because if you chose a job that you are not interested in to do you have to go 3 weeks long and it can be boring.Also it can be boring too, because you have to do the same things everyday.Another argument against is that you can`t do everything, for example when you chose to work in a car-selling house you can`t drive a car or in a hospital you can`t be in a surgery because you don`t know how to do it.

However, most people think it is necessary, because you can find your talents and it can be helpful to chose the right job.Second, you can see how life goes after school, for example how stressful it is to work.Another argument for is that you can find what your dreamjob is or which job you don`t want to do.

After looking at both sides I think it is necessary, because there are more advantages then disadvantages.In my opinion it can help students to find what they really want to do after school.
