I have been working in the garden.
4.Why is my coffee cup empty?
My coffee cup is empty, because I had drunk the coffee.
(My coffee cup is empty because I had drunken too much cof-fee.)
5.Where’s Bob?
Bob has visited his grandma.
(Bob has been visited his grandma.)
6.Why is it so cold in this room?
It’s so cold in this room, because the windows were been opened.
7.Why haven’t we got any bread?
Because we haven´t bought any bread.
8.Why is the train late?
The train it’s too late, because It started too late.

richtig: "got") enough food at home.

My coffee cup is empty, because I had drunk the coffee.
(My coffee cup is empty because I had drunken too much cof-fee.)
Der Satz in Klammern ist falsch.

5.Where’s Bob?
Bob has visited his grandma.
(Bob has been visited his grandma.)
Auch hier ist der Satz in Klammern falsch.

6.Why is it so cold in this room?
It’s so cold in this room, because the windows were been (streichen) opened.

8.Why is the train late?
The train it’s (--> is) too late, because It (kleinschreiben: "it") started too late.

Anmerkungen:
2) "haven`t got" geht nicht, weil dies Präsens-Bedeutung hat.
4) hier muss simple pres.perf. (have drunk stehen), denn die Handlung der Vergangenheit - das Austrinken - wirkt bis jetzt nach: die tasse ist leer.
5) hier muss pres.progressive stehen: Die Frage lauten nämlich, wo sich Bob gerade im Augenblick befindet.
6) vgl. Anmerkung zu 4.
7) Bei "why-Fragen" muss die Frage in der Antwort wiederholt werden.
8) auch hier: Anmerk. 4
