Dies sind die Ausgangssätze:

Zitat:
1. I speak two foreign languages.
- Agatha said to Tracy that she spoke two foreign languages.
2. Have you done your French homework?
- Agatha asked Tracy ... ? was kommt dahin ?
3. We will meet at the Indian restaurant.

Daraus macht "Geissbock":

Zitat:
Agatha said to Tracy that she speaks two foreign languages.
Agatha asked Tracy if she did her French homework.
Agatha said that we would meet at the Indian restaurant.

@ Geisbock: wenn man nichts weiß, bleibe man lieber still, anstatt hier nur Müll zu produzieren!

Regel 1: steht das Ausgangsverb (said, asked) in der Vergangenheit, wirkt der "time shift" = die zeitenverschiebung!
aus pres. <<past; aus past << past perf. ; aus pres.perf. <<< past perf

also: Satz 1 hat der Fragesteller richtig (pres. << past):
(@ Geissbock: du hast eine Schlimmverbesserung vorgenommen!)
Satz 2: im Ausfgangssatz steht "have done" (pres.perf.)<< also past perfect:

... if she had done her homework:

Satz 3: will meet << would meet ist richtig; aber falsches Personalpronomen: aus we << they
