Hey Leute,:) Ich bin echt nicht gut in Englisch und würde mich total freuen wenn ihr mir diesen Text einwenig ausbessern könntet!

Monday22nd March,
We woke up at 7.00 after our first night in Chester.
We were tiered but already glad about the coming day. We finished ourselves and went to the kitchen for breakfast. We get a typical English-breakfast: delicious toast, some orange juice and cornflakes. After this beautiful breakfast we started to our school. We took the first bus, but anyway we were later for our first English-lesson. Unfortunately, we were not in the same class. I went to my classroom were my teacher was waiting me and then we started with the lesson. I sat next to Sahra, a nice girl of the 3b. The first morning we played games for knowing us better. We told us our hobbies, something about our family and our favorite materiel at school. In the break, we went to a bar near the school and ate there very good sandwiches’. After the break it began to rain and we did something called “Focus on Chester”. We went to the old city town of Chester and made groups of 2 peoples. I was in a group with Giulia. We get a photocopy with different exercises on it and we had to do all of them. For example we had to search the bank and to fill in the opening times. This game helped us to know the city better, but after some time we had no more desire to run through the city in the rain. At 11.30 we had lunch-time and Sinja, Giulia and me went to Subway to eat something. It was really delicious and after lunch we met the other girl from our class and we made a little shopping tour. At 14.15 we went back to the school. The English in Chester teachers divided us in 3 groups and than we visited the Grosvenor Museum. We get a photocopy and had to search the answers of the questions on it. We learned, that Chester was built by the Romans, that they had built an amphitheatre, that they had different types of floor and many other interesting things. After completing the exercises, we could visit the museum alone and than we had free time for the rest of the day. At 18.00 we went home and get a big delicious burger for Dinner. After Dinner we would take a shower but the shower was broken and so we had to take a bath. At 22.00 we were finish. We snuggled up in our beds and looked “Friends” on TV. We felt asleep at circa 23.00.

Tuesday23th March
The second day began similar the first day. Our host mum woke us at 7.00, then we had time for finish-ourselves and after a breakfast with waffles orange juice and cornflakes we started to the school. This day we spoke about Great Britain in general and about the problems with the teenagers which they have there. I always thought that they haven’t any problems with alcohol and teenagers, due to the fact that the law doesn’t allow drinking alcohol under 18. But our English in Chester teacher explicated us that they get alcohol anyway and with 18 they drink then more than normal. At lunchtime we went to a sushi-restaurant. In this restaurant you could sit at the bar and in front of you circulated the food on a magnetic run tape. That was really cool and we ate a lot. In the afternoon we had other 2 hours of school and then we had free time. We went home and get a Mexican dinner. It was delicious as usual. This day, the school had planned for us an evening program. Bowling and laser quest. We were already very glad about it and so we hastened to come to the bus station. But, when we were there, we saw that no more bus would come. Desperately we called a taxi but we said the wrong street name and so the taxi driver could not find us at first. He called us back and we said him the right street name. So he picked us up and brought us to the bowling centre. We waited for our class colleagues and the teachers. Then we started with bowling and laser quest. We divided us in two groups. One group was bowling and the other group was doing laser quest first, later we changed. I was bowling first. Giulia, Greta, Mrs Mazzari and I were in a group. We had much fun and laughed a lot. I was the winner at the end. Laser quest was funny to. We got plastic weapons and the playground was a dark room. Only our weapons shone. We had to shoot our opponents down and the group with the most kills was the winner at the end. My group lost the mach, but it was nevertheless very amusing. After this great evening we went home with the Taxi and we were so tired that we immediately went to bed.
