Hi, ich hab mal eine frage und zwar haben wir gerade das Thema IŽd rather und IŽd prefer und ich weiss nich wann ich was anwenden soll weiss zwar Das IŽd prefer
bevorzugen und IŽd rather lieber heisst aber setze es immer falsch ein, würde mich üüber tipps oder beispiele freuen schönen dank im voraus :)

I`d rather is followed by infinitive without `to`.

For example: I`d rather go to a film.

I`d prefer is followed by infinitive with `to`.
For example: I`d prefer to go to a film.

ich denk mal das hilft...

i`d rather = ich würde lieber ...als..
z.B. : i`d rather eat a cake...than...

& i`d prefer= ich würde lieber im sinne von "bevorzugen"

i`d prefer to go out now
