Sheed & Sons is a successful carseller in London. The company was created at 1975 in Brighton. The firm sells until now 7000 cars. At the moment the company expanding. The firm has lest year don’t fired any person. The Firma want to sell next year 500 cars. The company want to adjust 2 new members.

Sie sind Gast in einem Hotel in Los Angeles. Der Rezeptionist bittet Sie um Hilfe, da er einen Gast aus Deutschland hat, dessen Englisch sehr schlecht ist. Sie sollen in dem Gespräch vermitteln.
Was würden Sie im Dialog unten jeweils auf Englisch bzw. auf Deutsch sagen?
1. Receptionist: How may I Help You
You: Der Receptionist frägt wie er Ihnen helfen kann.

  3. He said, you should wait a moment. He will check it.
  4. He says that he’s got a single room for non-smookers.
  5. The german guest answers, that this is good because he doesn´t smoke and he wants to know how much the room will cost.
  6. The receptionist responses that the price for the room is 135 $ per night including English breakfast and if he shall book it for you?
  7. The german guest agrees and asks if there is a parking space, too.
  8. The receptionist tells that you can park in the car park directly in front of the hotel. It is free of charge. However, you mustn´t park in the parking area for the disabled.
