Könntet ihr bitte die Sätze richtig formulieren, den Text korrigieren und das unwichtige weglassen . Es muss für einen 3 minütigen Vortrag in der Schule reichen.

Danke im Voraus

The first people in Australia were the Aborigines, they arrived probably probably some 40.000 to 50.000 years ago. When the britisch first arrived on Australia, there is more than 300.000 Aborigines. In 1770 Captain James Cook from England sailed to Australia. The first british colony in Australia began in 1778 when a ship landed in Sydney Cove with convicts from England and Ireland. If the people didn`t gent into more trouble, they could live as free people in Australia after a few years. The British farms however made life for the Aborigines more difficult, because they destroyed native plants and animals. The British also shot many of the animals. The Aborigines fought back, but there is too many British. Many Aborigines were killed and over half of all them got sick and died after being in contact with the British. Australia became part of Britain, and life in this new colony was like life in England. Around 1850 they discovered gold in Australia and people went there to look for it and got rich. Australia was organized into states and it became independent of England before the second world war. Between 1850 and 1950 the but this meant the Aborigines, but this meant that Aboriginal children were taken from their parents and put in children`s homes or they had to work for white people. these children were not allowed to speak their own language and many never saw their parents again. In 2008 the Australian government said it was sorry about this. Today the government tries to help the Aborigines so that they can live longer and better lives.
