Brooklyn is in the southeast of new york at the end from long island, and its founded in 1634, the netherlands
called it breuckelen.There is a very big bridge which is called longing bridge the bidge is 1833 meter long
and you drive over the East river.The brooklyn bridge is one of the oldest bridges in the USA when you take
her you end up in Manhattan,today the bridge has 6 tracks to cross her.At the time of her completion
the brooklyn bridge handles over 140.000 vehicles a day. The bridge is 276 meters above the water and .for the people in brooklyn the bridge was an emblem
or landmark, the bridge is the heart of manhattan and symbolizes the dream of a better life.
In 1664 New Netherland was conquered by the British. The place name Breukelen changed
The population grew rapidly reasons for this were the opening of the Erie Canal in 1825 and the Brooklyn Bridge in 1883.
In 1898 Brooklyn became a part of NY.

in 1899 with more than 300 hectare is it the biggest Zoo in New York.In the park live more than 4300 animals and 765 species.
The most famous street is the 161st near the Yankee stadion. The Yankees is a famous American football team . The origins of hip hop dance comes from the bronx, it was founded in the 1960er years.
Another monument is the Lorelei Fountain.
