Katrin: Hello Kevin, here is Katrin! How are you doing?
Kevin:Hello Katrin.
Nice to hear you!
Katrin:Mark suggested that we should talk about the new
products. I would invite you with pleasure to the
meeting.
Kevin:Of course! I take part in the meeting. When should she take place?

Katrin:On Friday at 13.00 o’clock in the conference room.

Kevin:Ok! I have taken down it. Should I bring
something?
Katrin:No, you don’t need. Everything is there.
Kevin:Well. How long will the meeting last?
Katrin:About one hour.
Kevin:Ok, then till Friday I pleases me. Bye.
Katrin:Ok, Bye!

Danke euch :-)

Zitat:
Katrin: Hello Kevin, here is Katrin! How are you? / So what do you do?
Kevin:Hello Katrin. Nice to hear you!
Katrin:Mark suggested that we should talk about the new products.
I would like to invite you to the
meeting with pleasure.
Kevin:Of course! I will take part(1) in the meeting. When does it take place?

Katrin :On Friday at 13.00 o’clock in the conference room.

Kevin:Ok! I have taken(2) it down . Do I have to take anything with me?(3)
Katrin:No, you don’t have to do that . Everything is there.
Kevin:Well. How long will the meeting last?
Katrin:About one hour.
Kevin:Ok, then till Friday I am looking(4) forward to meeting you.
Katrin:Ok, Bye!

Ich bin Matatas Korrektur ausgegangen:

1)to take part in heißt teilnehmen an; (share in heißt etwas mit jmd teilen)

2) to take down ist gebräuchlich für: etwas notieren

3) Katrins Kurz-Antwort heißt "you don`t have to" In einer Kurzantwort werden grundsätzlich Elemente der Frage aufgegriffen (daher: do I have to ...)

bring heißt etweas zum Sprecher bringen; take heißt etwas mitnehmen an einen anderen Platz bringen

4)si ch freuen auf ist ein andauernder Gemütszustand; deswegen steht hier in der Regel "I am looking forward to (= present progressive) Ausnahme: Offizielle Floskel in einem Brief.
