In the following Text I want to point out the dangers and chances of globalization.
In the beginning I would like to explain how I define the Word globalization, so you can imagine better what I am talking about.
Globalization is a process that will intensify in the international relations in a number of levels. This generates a global interdependence in areas such as economics, politics, culture and environment. There are in addition to the economic globalization, political globalization and cultural globalization. Cultural diversity is an expression of the globalized world as well as the increase of international decisions in politics.
That’s where the problems start problems for example such as environmental protection or terrorism cannot be handled at national level anymore the positive aspect of that is that the connection between the countries all over the world will be stronger but so also Banks get connected and led money to eachother so if a bank in 1 country get bankrupt the conectet banks suffer too. The policy loses its influence on economic processes, as the world`s great companies can settle there, where there are the most favorable conditions for them and they don’t have to deal with the laws of the home country these new, unused markets lead to increased exports, and possibly also to the shifting of production, because it can be produced cheaply outtake for tax reasons and because of the local wage and salary structure, so the prices of the products the consumers buy are cheaper. If companies want to keep up, they have to make savings in production costs so the wage of the workers is of a really low level so family’s have a hard time to life from this wage. The largest cost saving potential of flexible wages and salaries still offer. As a result, workers receive less income and so the companies are force to outsource too because in developed countries no one would work for that wage the workers get in developing countries . The outsource companies in emerging and developing countries destroy local structures by displacing families firms and small businesses so both suffer workers in developing countries and firms in developed countries but because the companies save money they have a lot of income because outsourcing masses of goods are moved around the world which is bad for the environment but the infrastructure of the world will be higher and the technology and communication will be better so the possibility to interact is higher. Companies due to high environmental standards from Europe moved into developed countries, so the environment is harmed even more it’s not safe for workers to work under this conditions mostly the workers are harmed in their work. The hours they spend working are too much and the situation at work is for most developed works unacceptable so even if we get better products for cheaper prices so the companies can invest in the development of new products.
We need to ask ourselves if we are willing to pay the price for it.
