Grammatikfehler.

In addition to that they get better chances in life. A guy who cannot speak good the language get pushed to learn the langugage. They know they become respected and get support. They feel safer and happier. And that makes them to work even harder to succeed because they know they have a chance to get the job or the graduation.

In conclusion you can say that affirmative action would definitively make things better. Black people were given better chances in life and they won’t be put at a disadvantage.
