Englisch - General Offer - Geschäftskorrespondenz

Hallo, wenn ihr grad ne freie minute habt, könnt ihr einem kleinen Freund in der Not helfen :)

Ja, wir müssen ein "General Offer" - also eine antwort auf eine "Enquiry" schreiben.
WIr haben hierfür vorgegebene Phrases die wir einbauen müssen. Bei ein paar bin ich mir aber nicht so sicher wie ich die smoothly einbauen kann :)

Erstmal mein Offer:

Dear Mr Lee

We were pleased to receive your enquiry of 20 April about our curtain materials. As requested you will find the pattern books and assortment of samples of fabrics under separate cover. Because of the heavy demand for our goods, we would ask you to return pattern books within 10 days.

Most of our items are available from stock. It is our policy to deliver within five working days.






For orders exceeding €10,000 a quantity discount of 15% can be offered. For payment within a fortnight of receipt of invoice we grant the usual 2% cash discount. Any other/All further(welches is besser?) prices you will find indicated in the pattern books.

muss ich irgendwie noch folgende Sachen einbauen:

colour code | colour combinations stated in attached list | material and design reference number | minimum order volume per item | when ordering please state

Und auch sonst irgendwelche Fehler könnt ihr gerne erwähnen :)
