many employers complain that graduates who want to start a traineeship in their companies have a lack of knowledge- in subjects such as math,englsish.Therefore they offer private tutoring for their trainees. Nevertheless, that is a huge burden for the trainees, who work a lot, and the companies, who have to spend a lot of money on programs like that. So the quiestion arises if the tutoring should go on and what could be done to improve the situation in general.


meine rolle ist : trainee graduatet from realschule with rather weak grades, knows that his english is not very good, but does not want to spend even more time at school, likes to play soccer

Ich brauche ein paar argumente die gegen die private tutoring sprechen könnt ihr mir welche nennen
meine argumente wären: die auszubildende haben kaum freizeit da sie auch unter der woche noch einzelunterricht haben,---> private tutoring hat bestimmt auch hohe kosten .. mir fällen keine argumente mehr ein die gegen private tutoring sind.
