Summary:

Black Boy by Richard Wright

The short story "Black Boy", by Richard Wright, deals with a black man name Richard and his new job.
Richard works in a little optical company with Reynolds, Pease and his boss Mr.
Crane.
At the beginning he tells with Mr. Crane and about the schooling of Richard and to put forward him.
One afternoon he goes to Reynolds and asks him, because of his job, but Reynolds talks very disrespectful.
The reason is : Richard is not a white man and he dosen`t become a chance to learn this trade.
Richard sweep, mop and dust the shop. He does not the important works and he has not learn anything.
Besides wants Reynolds more respect from Richard and have to call Mr. Pease.
Thereby they discriminate and hit Richard.
They want to throw out the black boy Richard with discrimination.
