I would like to discuss about some phrases of the Text ŽThe number of households grew by over 13 million since 1990Ž.
Non-family households increase faster than family households because many family members who wants to study in an university often leaves their family to another town. At this town they form a living community to live but students , who has much money often live in an appartment alone.
The reason why the number of female family households is three times bigger than the number of male family households is that females and males often have unprotected sex. The result is that women get pregnant and the mens leave them therefore the females have to live alone without the support from their men. Probably males help the women and the children with money but in some extremley case it isnŽt so. In my opinion happenings like rape or divorce are a part of these facts too.
The percentage of married-couple 55.2% in 1990 decrease to 51.7% in 2000. I think that more and more married-couples get divorced. It is like a trend of famous stars who get divorced, too. For example Sarah Connor and Mark Terenzy. The interviews of the divorced actors always show that they are able to live without marriage. It makes the people encourage who are living in a bad marriage relation or people who are already divorced.
In conclusion I would say that every year it exists an increase and decrease of the types of households.
