also des sin son paar gründe

Reasons for and against death penalty:

-The death penalty is very cruel:
Sometimes it can take a lot of time till the person is dead. One example is John Lewis Evans, who should be killed with the electric chair. But it took nearly 15 minutes until he was dead. After the second stream-push his head began to burn and he was still alive.
-Many innocent people were killed and later the real murderers were found.
So they (swarn olr judges) couldn’t take their decision back
- Discrimination, because poor or black people are more often sentenced to death.
-Warning: There aren’t fewer crimes in countries with death penalty than in countries without it. So there is no warning effect.
-There are many other possibilities to punish people than killing them.
-You act the same way than a murderer so you are not better than him.
-A lot of people argue that the death penalty is much cheaper, but it’s more expensive than a life imprisonment.


+ he publicity is safe from the criminals. Some guilty people pretended that they would have changed but after they were set free they acted criminal again.
