Dubai: Referat kontrollieren und verbessern bitte

Habe nächste Woche meine mündliche Prüfung und halte ein Referat über Dubai.
Ich bin eig.
nicht so gut in Englisch deshalb würe ich mich freuen wenn ihr mir meine Fehler falls vorhanden verbessern könntet...

Today I would like to tell you something about the Saudi Arabian Emirat Dubai.
But at first I want to give you an overview about the most important facts.

I start with the location of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, then I tell
you something about the mineral resources, the climate and the Tourists. After
that you get some information about the criminality, the languages and the religon.
And last but not least The Palm Islands.

Dubai is an Arab sheikdom and a part of the United Arab Emirates, it`s situated
on the Arabian Peninsula. Dubai is the second largest emirate of seven. An emirate is
like a federal state in Germany. The sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the
ruler of this city.
The city Dubai lies on the northern edge of the Emirat Dubai. (Es wird aber durch
den Dubai Creek in zwei Stadtteile geteilt und zwar Bur Dubai und Deira. könnt ihr mir diesen Satz übersetzten bitte?!))
The riches emirates are Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah because this parts of the
Arabian Penisula have a lot of mineral resources oil.
Many tourists like Dubai because the sun is shinning the whole day, so it nearly
never rains. You can go to a very popular Hotel like the Burij Arab and enjoy the
luxuries of life. In many hotels their speaks German or france. The office language
is Arabic but the most people speaks English too. The official religion in Dubai is
the Islam.But the people there respect other religions.
