The Text I chose is about a murderer, who killed his pregnant lover Jessie Davis. The man, who killed her, is called Bobby Cutts Jr.. He is thirty years old and a ex-cop. B. Cutts killed his victim on the June 14. He killed her with a blow to her throat, after a confronation with Jessie D. in the bedroom. He wrapped the dead body into a comforter and drouve around at panic, the dead body in the bed of Davis` truck. Later he came to a dirt road and he deposit the body into a wooded area. This was B. Cutts telling the court sobbingly at his confession. He also tells the court that he has performed a CPR and that he has trying other agents, but Jessie D. didnŽt respond. Nine days later, when the search of the woman takes national attention, B. Cutt led authorities to the body of Jessie D.
The statement of other witnesses are different. His friend Myisha Farell, who B. Cutt wants to going to with the dead body first, testified that B. Cutt showed her how he choked J. Davis with his arm.
Dennis Barr, the assistant prosecuter said that Cutt suffered under the weight of financial pressure and that he knows that he was killing Jessie and the baby inside of her.
The medical examiner, Mack, said, that he didnŽt determine that J. Davis had been strangled.
