Qualities of a Role Model: kontrollieren, bitte !

Hallo,

ich muss in Englisch einen Vortrag machen.
Ich hab mein Handout fertig.Wollte euch mal fragen ob ihr euch das durch schauen könnt.
Ich weiß nicht ob ich das so schreiben soll oder ob da fehler und so sind. Danke schon mal im voraus.



Qualities of a Good Role Model


A role model is a person who others look up to and admire. A role model provides (bereitstellen, beliefern) inspiration and motivation. Role models send messages about their beliefs by what they do and say.


Self- Esteem



a role model : à is self- assured
à happy with who she/he is and are proud of who they are à but not cocky
à has self -esteem
à displays ( show ) a streak of independence
à trust in being themselves


Handle Stress Positively



-a role model stets a good example on how to handle pressure
- athlete role models : à can handle stress
à can come through when the pressure is on
( while they may not win every game, when they fail they attempt to learn from they mistakes )

Role Models Are Trustworthy


à other good qualities of a good role model are, the role model : à is trustworthiness
à is honest
à dosen´t lie
à -possesses integrity



Perseverance

à a role model does what she/ he says
à delivers on her promises
à preseverance is a key trait
à they give you dreams and goals to aspire



Repect to Others

à HOW YOU TREAT OTHERS SHOWS WHO YOU ARE.
à a role model listen to others
à considers opposing points of view

à when making mistakes, a role model does not place the blame to others; he owns shortcomings
