Dear Mr.
Sasaki

Yesterday we received your consignment of 6000 Pro-Digicams.
You sent us 6000 Pro-Digicams instead of 3000 of that model and 3000 of Easy-Digicam.

We have enclosed a copy of your acknowledgement of order where you can see that we have ordered 3000 of each both models.
Both models are mentioned in your actual catalogue and we thought we could have a good stroke of business from the cheaper Easy-Digicam.

We must ask you to send us the missing Easy-Digicams immediately by air-freight because we might suffer losses.

Please let us know if the spare cameras should be sent to you at your expenses or whether you could grant us a substantial discount for the cameras.
As this matter is very urgent, please look into this issue immediately.
