Today I want to talk about Motivation.
If I can`t buy my favourite thing because it has become too expensive, I become unmotivated to buy it. If someone is bullied at his workplace or gets many tasks from his boss, he is unmotivated to go to work.

“I would like to change my way of learning” and “If man has no goal, any path is too far for him” are my favourite motivational sayings.

Motivation means for me a reason or reasons to act in a particular way. It is a desire to accomplish something. People who are motivated desire to do things, they desire to make a difference rather than sit and wait for things to happen.
Motivation is important because positive reinforcement such as praise and recognition can improve your work performance.
Typical examples of actual motivation are hobbies, celebrations and art, everything that you like to do and that is easy to do. Examples of extra motivation are salary, money and status.

My motivational tips are to formulate specific goals, take a break, and avoid distraction. Further you should motivate yourself with a reward and make a schedule for your day.

Summing up, you should know that motivation means to strive for a certain goal and become active to achieve this goal. For unmotivated days, make a schedule and take a break.
