My biggest experience was when my family and i were invited to a wedding in Tuscany 2015.
We lived for a week at this castle in the deepest Italy where there was nothing. With full anticipation we drove 16 hours to Tuscany. All were excited. But when we got there and the groom said we have to sleep in the basement where there were spiders and scorpions we all wanted to go back home. Of course we first thought it would be a joke but when he led us to the rooms in the basement we knew by now that he did not want to fool us. He told us with a big smile on his face that if we race fast enough we would still have a room in the tower of the castle. So we grabbed our bags and run. And actually we got a room in the tower. There was no less scary as it was in the basement but there were only lizards instead of scorpions. Everywhere there were narrow, creepy and dark paths that led to somewhere. But thanks to the large pool we had there a lot I think not only a bit easier to survive a week there. It was an adventure and although sometimes i felt like i was in the jungle camp, it was more or less beatiful. I would not to do it again.
