I love the Boston tea party because my grandfather told me this story.In 1700`s Boston was an important place. At the 1700 decade America was still a colony of England. British soldiers blanket (?) American people. Amercians had to pay taxes to England. That wasn`t great. Lot`s of poor poeple couldn`t buy food and clothes. In 1770,

during the ``The Boston Massacre``, British soldiers killed five American men. Many people were very angry. In 1773 50 Boston men avenged to the British men. It happened on the night of the 16th of December. They went on the ship and threw 350 boxes of tea into the sea. The british government was very angry. After the tea party the british governor closed the harbour in the city. The Boston people will never forget that. Every 16th December all Boston people drink a tea. My grandfather are often told me this story because his grandfather are died because of the British men. I hope you learned a lot about the Boston Tea party.
