wir sollten einen Zeitungsartikel verfassen, egal ob einen Artikel aus der Popular oder Quality newspaper.

Wäre nett, wenn jemand mal einen Blick drüber wirft und mir sagen kann, was ich verbessern soll an Rechtschreibung und Stil.

Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind al-Qaida, who was responsible for the
the attacks of 11 September 2001, has been killed by united forces in Pakistan.

As soon as the day broke had american Military and C.I.A operatives finally shot the ancient al-Qaida director in Abbottabad, a town north of Islamabad. During the 40 minutes “targeted operation” died four people, beneath a sun of Osama bin Laden. No one of the Americans was killed because of the Pakistani co-operation “helped to lead us to him”, conveied Mr. Obama.
After the news were announced extraordinary feelings arised as crowds gathered throw the streets, in Times Square, outisde the White House, waving the ensign, cheering, shouting, laughing and singing the national anthem.
This is an important turning point for the war of terrorism which has been wage since the attacks at the World Trade Center. “The death of Bin Laden marks the most significant achievement to date in our nation’s effort to defeat Al Qaeda. But his death does not mark the end of our effort. There’s no doubt
that Al Qaeda will continue to pursue attacks against us. We must and we will remain vigilant at home and abroad.”
“I’m happy, because bin Laden is dead”, proclaimed Angela Merkel. “Hats off! Our army have done a really good job”, said foreign minister Hillary Clinton. Theologian and church officials advert to that disaccord. “The death of a person isn’t a reason to celebrate”, said the Vatikan spokesman.
What does the death mean for the future? The death of Bin Laden is at this particular time irrelevant. Solely because the USA break the founder of al-Qaida doesn’t help them by the challenges. Today it isn’t more as a footnote in the history.
