huhu. wir sollten einen beschwerdebrief anfertigen für englisch. ich habe an LG geschrieben und bräuchte jetzt einige die mal korrekturlesen, da ich mittlerweile nach dem 5. bearbeiten schon betriebsblind bin und einiges überseh. wäre nett wenn ihr mir helft.Formalitäten wurden eingehalten es geht nur um rechtschreibung/grammatik. Brief folgt:


Complain about the mobile phone LG Arena (KM900)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to complain about my mobile phone LG Arena. I bought it three months ago but there are some technical problems.

The reaction of the touch screen is not good. I have to touch the display three times before the letter is written. The battery is running low very quickly and I have to charge the battery five times a week. In addition to this the software of this mobile phone is stuck and often I have to take off the battery. Another example is that I bought a memory card especially for this telephone because I wrote an e-mail which memory card is the right one. Now the memory card works but sometimes I have a message on the screen that there is not a card inside the telephone. I exchanged the card but the problem is remaining. But the biggest problem is the connection point. The connection between the charger and the telephone is defective. I always have to fix the charger on the mobile phone that the battery will not be empty.

I searched some information in some boards and the majority of your customers complained about the producer and the defective software.

By this way I call the phone service of your company and the nice person on the telephone said that she wants to call me back and because of this I left my telephone number and my customer number.

That is nine weeks ago. I wrote an e-mail three weeks ago but I did not received any answer. Because of this I am writing a letter now. I want to ask you if you send me another mobile phone or if you send me the money back I have paid. If you have another idea to solve this problem I will appreciated to hear from you.
When I will not receive any answer of this letter I will be forced to get in touch with my lawyer because I am very aggravating that this expansive mobile phone does not work.
