Homework:

Discussing the problem of exploiting people in the third world or the disobeying of environmentalism, every individual has to judge if it is an argument against working for a company or not.

In the present case I would continue working for this company, because I have a position I really enjoy and I have a perspective in the company which is a premise to be successful in the future.
Moreover, I wouldnŽt have any contact with the branch office in South Africa.
Accordingly, I can not do anything for the people living there.

Exploiting people who need the money to earn their living and to feed their families is inhuman, because they are helpless and not able to do anything against their bad situation.

But in my opinion it would not be the right decision to quit working for this company.
As I am going to move up in the firm, I would put myself out for better working conditions for blacks and also against damaging the environment.
The company could suffer a loss, but a good reputation is guaranteed.
Resulting from a good reputation, the company allures more customers, which compensates the above mentioned loss.

All in all I think that the problem of exploitation is too big for an employee.
There should be organisations which draw attention to this situation.
The biggest and most important organisation is the UNO which has the aim to monitor the human rights and also the law of nations.
Other non-profit organisations like Amnesty International or Anti-Slavery International already helped a lot of people all over the world in the past.
Also the media should focus on working conditions, not only in third world countries, but also in highly industrialised countries like China where working conditions and environmentalism are very often disobeyed.
