Ich wär euch total dankbar wenn ihr mal einen blick über meine arbeit werfen könnt, da ich bei Englisch meist nie so ein sicheres Gefühl habe.

I took the topic "teachers" because I want to write about the good and also the bad sides of these kind of job.
I will elaborate on what the job is about and if it is necessary to work with marks. After that I want to give you my own imagination of the perfect teacher.
Teachers are persons, which exercise it is to support their pupils in what they do and help them to learn important things which are helpful for their life. Being a good teacher is not easy. It takes work. If they do a good job, they can create a positive impact on their class. It is the perfect job when you enjoy it to teach and when you like it to work with children but teaching can also be frustrating. Teachers have to do a lot more than make lesson plans when they get into the classroom. They must also hold conferences with other teachers and parents and they have to prepare grade tests. Many times some teachers feel overextended and they have problems to stay calm.
Teachers are able to assess their pupils on the basis of performances, not on the pupils` personal qualities. I think it is necessary to work wirh marks because teachers are nor persons who know all about their pupils. There are too many pupils in one class so the teachers don´t know a lot about their character and how they really are. All pupils are unquite individuals and all learn differently. My opinion is that it is a good way to give them marks for their engagement and their performances. The pupils get the chance to do somethin for good marks and they are responsible for themselves.
