Bitte um Korrektur

Könnte hier bitte jemand drüber lese? Ich bin mir mit den Zeiten nicht so sicher.


Dear Mr. Smith,
IŽm writing to complain about the service in your Hotel in Berlin.
We had choose your hotel because of your meeting rooms. Unfortunately we were very disappointed about the size of your rooms. I pointed out, we would need a room for 30 persons. But the room was obviously too small. The largest room had seats for only 20 people. Why did nobody told me that, when I was booking?
Secondly in ten out of fifteen rooms the air conditioner failed. It was too cold in the rooms. But the top of all was, that your staff was very unfriendly. We told them about the missing chairs in the meeting rooms and the bad situation in our rooms. The personal hadnŽt time for us and one of the ladys of the reception told me that I should write a letter when I have any problems.
We expect a feedback about a situation and a solution about the costs.
