Ist der Brief so ok?

Hallo:) Ich muss bis zum Freitag eine Arbeit über meine Ferien in Englisch abgeben. Jedoch bin ich mir bei meinem Text den ich bis jetzt ausgearbeitet habe nicht sicher ob die Zeitform und alles andere so passt. Wäre echt super wenn ihr mir helfen könntet bzw. mich verbessert bei dem was noch falsch ist.


Hier mein Text :

Dear Julia,
Sorry it`s taken me so long to write. I hope that you are fine and thank you for your last letter. So now I tell you something about my holidays. In my vacation my parents and I were traveled to Australia. The flight to Australia was very long so we have flown more than 17 hours. Every time when we were there my parents and I stay by friends. On the second day in Australia this time we have rent a caravan and then we drove from Perth to Exmouth. Every evening we have slept on a campground. Some highlights on our trip were to feed the dolphins in sharkbay and the animals in a caversham wildlife park. On the last day with our caravan my parents and I went shopping in a very big department store near Perth. After we dropped off the caravan we drove around Perth to visit the famous places in the city. My favourite place was the kings park from where you can see the skyline from Perth and the “Swan River”. And you shouldn´t forget to visit Fremantle the oldest part of Perth with his market ,prison and habour.
