englisch korrektur + ideen gesucht

Hallo Leute
Habe nochmal ein zweiten Veruch gestartet und wäre über eine Korrektur des Textes froh..
Ich muss die Frau im Text charaktisieren

The short story ´Cat in the Rain´ was written by Ernest Hemingway in the 1920s.
One of the main chracters in the story is the wife, who spends her holidays with her husband in an Italian hotel.

The woman has short hair, but she wants to let her hair grow out because she thinks she looks like a boy.
(‘Don’t you think it would be a good idea if I let my hair grow out?’ she asked, looking at her profile again.
 I get so tired of looking like a boy.’)
The woman behaves like a child because only a little child wants to protect dogs or cats from the rain.
Also after she talks with her husband , she doesn´t use the word ´´cat´´ but ´´kitty´´´, which symbolizes the childish behaviour as well. (‘I wanted it so much,’ she said. ‘I don’t know why I wanted it so much. I wanted that poor kitty . It isn’t any´)
When the wife comes to her husband to tell him , that she can´t find the cat in the rain, the husband isn´t interested in what she says. (´George was not listening. He was reading his book . His wife looked out of the window where the light had ´)
The woman is angry because her husband doesn´t give her the attention that she sekks. She wants the cat to have a surrogate relationship.
Though the woman has strong emotional because she also wants to talk to her husband to show him the love, while he isn´t emotional and doesn´t care to show any love to the relationship.(Kann man das sagen und wenn der Lehrer sagt wo ist dein Textbelegg, welchen kann ich denn zeigen?)
First the wife has the aim to save the cat however she suddenly can´t find it . This situatuion shows that the wife is in swinging moods.

All in all I would say that it was difficult to charactise the woman because her character doesn´t become clear.
She is a perosn who needs someone to talk to and wants to have a relationship.
